The A.A. General Service Office has now posted the Final Report for the Special Online Forum for Deaf Alcoholics Anonymous Members, held on January 17, 2026.
This was the first Special Forum of its kind in A.A. history, created in response to an expressed need from Deaf A.A. members.

The Spring 2026 issue of Box 4-5-9 also highlights this historic event as the first-ever Special Online Forum for Deaf Alcoholics Anonymous Members and shares the history that led to its creation. Box 459 AA Newsletter Spring 2026
This milestone was made possible because of the love, encouragement, and support of Area 58 and Portland Deaf Access Committee PDAC, whose commitment to providing access to A.A. service for Deaf A.A. members helped make this forum a reality.
