GSO is recruiting a Publishing Director.

Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. is seeking a Publishing Director to lead the Publishing Department at the General Service Office in New York City.

This full-time position provides strategic and visionary leadership for the production of A.A. literature in print, digital, and audiovisual formats, while upholding A.A. ‘s mission and values.

Applicants must have a minimum of eight years of continuous sobriety in A.A. with strong familiarity of A.A. literature. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of publishing leadership experience, a proven ability to guide teams through both creative and operational responsibilities, and expertise in both print and digital publishing. Strong leadership rooted in servant leadership principles, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate organizational change and technology adoption are essential.
